Any reason why the game would fail to log Papyrus messages?
The INI properties bEnableLogging, bEnableTrace, bLoadDebugInformation have all be set to 1.
The My Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Logs folder is empty.
It doesn't even have the Script subfolder.
