Searching for enchantments.

I've been looking for ages, and found most of what I need, but I'm still looking for fortify one-handed and absorb health. Any suggestions on where to find items with those to disenchant?

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Gauldur_Blackblade for Absorb Health. I don't know for One-handed, maybe random loot but I think it's rather rare.

Your best bet is to just check shops' inventories every few days.

Most enchanted loot is randomly generated, there are few set locations for anything. Best bet if you are looking for a particular enchantment is to just keep exploring AND check every possible vendor at every opportunity.

For weapons enchantments you will have to check weapons dealers, obviously, for armor/apparel enchantments you have more options - Radiant Raiment in Solitude is a good bet as they generally have a lot of enchanted items in stock. The Khajiit caravans and other general merchants will often have a bit of both to choose from, altho I'm finding the general merchants in cities tend to have few to no enchanted weapons.

I can tell you, for Absorb Health, if you
Spoiler
do the CW questline on either side you will be presented with your commander's sword at the end, I've done this half a dozen times and in every case the sword I got was enchanted with Absorb Health. That's a lot of work to go through for one enchantment, though, and TBH I've always had that enchantment already anyway.

Folgunthur looks good for absorb health, I'll just keep checking shops for one handed I guess.

don't forget to check the other traders as well as the blacksmiths.
they sometimes have magic armors etc.

also some cities have more than one blacksmith. Whiterun and Markarth have 2.
