I rejected the Imperials and the Stormcloaks, and now I can't continue those two quests. Please help!

I'm pretty sure you have no choice but to pick a side. But I could be wrong.

So.....either you start a new game or you just don't do the Civil War.

if youre on pc you should be able to setstage.
