Can't reach the second hologram computer for the musician guy. I'm trying to get him to his position for the gala event. I'm lost, does anyone know how to get to it?

Yea I just found it,you have to go to the second story of the Cafe.I didn't event think that was real door considering there was no marker on it in the local map.
