Alright.. lol. I've been running around Dawnstar looking ALL over the place for this thing.. where the F is it? >.<

Really didn't want to make a topic just for this, but Wiki say's nothing except details on the "Hail Sithis!" quest.

It's well hidden behind a random rock at the entrance to dawnstar, near the where the khajiit caravan sets up. Use your local map to find it. Alternately you can just exit out of it from the Dawnstar Sanctuary and find it that way (It's the stained glass window).

It's over by where the Kajhitt Caravans park. If you're still having trouble finding it, go to the DB and go through the secret entrance in the Sanctuary itself and see where you ended up.

First you have to upgrade it via Delvin Mallory in the Theives Guild.

Second Fast Travel to Dawnstar, when you fast travel there, it will be to the left, or a 25ft vicinity of the area, look at your local map, it is near some rocks near a tree.

I opted to just go inside the Sanctuary and find it from there.

Quick question that's relevant though: The "Worn" Shrouded Armor.. whatsup with that? And the "Worn Shrouded Cowl" has the mask in the Inventory and still doesn't show it if worn. I'm sure that's been known.. I want it fixed though so bad..

Worn Shrouded Gear has no enchantments, and is thus completely customizable. I think the downside to that is it can't be improved via smithing though. I wish there were Worn Shrouded Robes though.

And the mask doesn't show up on male characters because of no good reason at all.
