I was doing Diplomatic Immunity and fighting my way into the Solar in the back of the embassy. My companion, Jenassa, somehow got herself into the front section of the courtyard that I could no longer reach and started attacking Thalmor. I assumed she died because she never came back after the quest was over, so I went back for revenge and to loot her corpse. I avenged her, but sadly she was no where to be found.

Moving myself to her via console commands brought me here:

It appears to be a pile of all the dead named npcs from my game. It's a four way intersection with a couple empty coffins. Trying to walk into the black makes you fall through the world and port back to the pile. Anyways, just thought I'd share a weird seldom seen game cell.
