Sega

I was really excited when Sega announced they were re-releasing the greatest games for the DreamCast in high resolution. Seeing the line yp http://www.sega.com/games/dreamcast-collection/ , I am very un-impressed. This svcks. This tells me that there are going to be multiple releases and that some titles in the package are going to be filler titles. I own Sonic Adventures and Crazy Taxi for the dreamcast already and love them, the idea of being able to play in a higher resolution instead of the muddy mess it is on my hd sounded great. But Space channel 5 and Bass Fishing, really? I'm sure they have their fan base, but c'mon, really? Having seen this initial package and the foreseen packages of the future, I would really much rather them offer up all the games for single download, instead of making me pay for filler titles. I would much rather pay 10-15 to get Shenmue or Jet Grind Radio again, and save at least some cash. What are your opinions?

I would love to play Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventures again. I used to have them along with that Bass fishing game. I never ever ever ever want to fish in a video game again.

I remember playing this one game on Dreamcast. I forget its name, but it was about evolution. You'd go around killing things then eating them. You'd gain points I believe and go to a DNA upgrader type deal. You'd punch in a code on a grid using colors and it would give you new parts. You could put these new parts on your character (Dragon legs, mantis head, human arms etc. etc.) I never got through the whole game but I heard a rumor that if you got every human part, you got some special attack or some-such and essentially became a god.

EDIT: Yea, I want that game.

That really is a bad collection. Of course, Sonic, but there was no good Sonic game on the 'cast. The only really appealing game is Crazy Taxi, the other two are niche titles.
EDIT: Yea, I want that game.

You want Seventh Cross? Well, it was nice.
