Selling Gecko hides anybody pay more?

I read somewhere that there is a guy named "Hyde" who buys Gecko skins at a higher price than usual - nothing in Wiki, nothing in a search of this forum. Anybody ever find some character, maybe named Hyde, who pays extra for Gecko skins??

I have the strategy guide and I've read most of it, and it did not say anything about this "Hyde", but I don't know
