Sending plugins through email problems(help)

Whenever I send a friend a plugin via email the scripts and voice files don't go with it. Why is that?

Assets, such as voice, scripts, meshes and textures, are not part of the plugin. They are loose in your data folder. The CK has a neat feature though, where it can pack all of those up in an archive. In the CK, go to FILE -> CREATE ARCHIVE. make sure all the files you need are listed (if not, drag them into the white box from explorer) and then hit ok. This will add all custom assets the mod is using to a new file with yourmodname.bsa. Send this along with the plugin file.

"Pack to Archive" is broken. Until Bethesda gets around to fixing it, you can work around it by instead telling it you're going to publish to Steam. It'll prompt for the same archive gathering. Just cancel when you hit the screen that prompts for all the category info and a title and stuff. Your archive BSA file will be packed and waiting in the Data folder.
