That doesn't even make sense. The plot/spoilers are the same. General discussion is platform irrelevant.

Technical problems can be platform unique.

Why should general and cheats, hints, and spoilers be segregated so? Most everything in discussed in those sections is going to be the same cross platform. Need help with a quest? The solution is the same on PC and Xbox360.
