Do http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Sergius_Turrianus' fetch quests develop into any greater story or reward? Do they ever end?

I'm not sure. The first one I got was Dorian in Solitude on board the Red Wave, but whenever I try to get it from him, I'm "trespassing"
So I can't even complete the first one.
