They would probably get so drunk that they found their deeply buired loving side and would spend the night fixing the problems in the world. After they sober up they would wonder why the world was so nice, and get back to work wreaking havoc in it.

Throat of The World turns into a giant Cheese mountain.
Instead of Dragons we have giant, flying, cheese-breathing roses.
The Main Quest warps and it all turns into the fact that Alduin got pranked by Sanguine and has an incredible appetite for cheese, thus the CheeseBorn is tasked with finding enough cheese to satisfy him.
