It simply won't work whenever i try to charge an enemy. I don't know if this happened after an update, but Bethesda, please fix this.

If you have just updated, give the game a restart or two before playing on. Many perks are de-activated and re-activated by the patch, which would make it appear like its broken. I had a similar problem with my thiefs light foot perk not working after patching. After I restarted the console and the game it was working again.

So give it a try.
