Hello, So my Girlfriend's birthday is coming up, and she wants these Hello Kitty Snow Shoes. (I don't know, please don't ask)
And the 2 M US Little Kid. well my girlfriend wears size 7 1/2 shoes. I don't know if there is a size close enough to her feet. I can't translate that "M US" stuff. can anyone assist? I can Link the Amazon site if it would help. Please. I am at a maze of confusion.

Is she a UK or US 7.5 shoe? Either way the description sounds like the shoes are made specifically for kids (and it looks like little kids at that).

2M US is a size two, Medium with Unites States shoe. It will fit a small child, not an advlt 7&1/2.
Perhaps going to SanRio's (Hello Kitty's parent co) website, you could find her a pair in advlt size.
