Well I havent had any issues up till now... im at helios one and im underground in the mainframe and i cant shoot for some reason. my guy just keeps trying to pull the trigger but nothing happens. it only shoots if i open a container then leave or open my pipboy then leave.shoots one at a time. its some type of frame rate spike...
