I remember reading early on that Fallout: New Vegas was supposed to have an improved melee combat system, and you were supposed to be able to individually target body parts in V.A.T.S. with them. This clearly never made it into the game. I guess it's just another disappointment, along with the countless bugs that have rendered my game unplayable.

Don't remember being able to target individual body parts with melee....all that I've heard regarding melee was Melee weapons having special VATS moves...
