After completing the thieves guild main quest, I went to check out nightingale hall and couldn't find Karliah. Apparently it was a bug because I have not completed enough side quests to begin "Under New Management". I have only done a one or two side quests for Vex and the other dude.

Before I sink hours into doing the side quests, I need to know if "Under New Management" is bugged now that I've completed the main quest.
