Someone have a character that only use shouts?
Is it possible?
I think it is possible using the enchanting that reduces the time between shouts.
What do you think about it?

I don't think so. None of the shouts are particularly powerul(enough) to handle groups of enemies on their own. And the fact that they have cooldowns doesn't help either, even with a few enchantments.

Can you get that type of enchantment? I don't know if you can disenchant Talos Amulets.

I was tempted to at one point but never got round to it.

Disenchant an amulet of Talos, find some Greybeard robes, enchant them with it. Bingo...

Assuming you can actually disenchant the amulet of Talos. I've never tried.

Nah. According to the TES wiki you can't disenchant them.

Shame, really. I wanted a shout-reliant character.

I think shouts are very powerful, just using dismay and after marked for death and fire breath and frost breath...

You'd probably have to use the console to remove the shout CD and throw things down to Novice because you'd lack a way to get experience (and thus, health) outside of crafting.

He he, it looks like a shout class will never happen... just use them alongside another class and be happy for that extra punch in combat. :banana:

Well, once upon a time early on, there WAS a glitch that allowed for almost instantaneous shouting. However, I believe this has since been patched.

Shout Recovery Multiplier is an actor value and you can -very easily- console command to get no cooldown aside from animation time.

I saw a video a few months ago showing how you could use the restoration potion exploit to get unlimited shouts with no cooldown time. I'm not sure if it was patched not, but I'll try to find it.

Look up the alchemy/enchanting boost. It is possible to get a setup that gives you infinite shouting by boosting an amulet of talos with your fortify restoration jacked up.

Console command for some greybeard robes, use a sword on your main hand, and spell/stave on your offhand. Use Alteration for armor and either restoration glitch or console command for shouts to have lower CDs. Could work, but might be too overpowered having 0 CD shouts
