Everywhere I go I can't pick a shovel up... Like I could go up to it and all it says is "Shovel". Anyone else have this problem?

The shovel speaks to you? That has to be a glitch.

But seriously, I never even found a shovel laying around anywhere. I just bought one from the shop in Goodsprings.

Lol, it doesn't speak to me I just don't get the option to pick it up. Instead of the [><] cursor, I get the >< whenever I go up to pick it up.
