if you wondering where that sword and dungeon can be found it is a mod on the steamworkshop called tamriel lore chrysamere
a nice end game 2 handed sword , warning tho you have to work for it and even my lvl 50 paladin had to swallow a few potions

i'm playing around with ENBs and i finally decided to try that Unreal Cinema...so, this is the result:

i removed the letterbox and film grain because i don't like them (the film grain, imho, is cool on mass effect only LMAO), and i enabled ssao then. btw, i use smaa too
