She is in part because she chooses so to be, it befits her nature. Additionally, and by her somewhat obtuse logic, sneaking and lurking in dark places is easier and simpler and quieter with less on, ergo she has extended that to mean "nothing". Additionally she simply doesn't worry about what she's wearing because she never needs to, she can travel light, she need only concern herself with her own skin and not the predations of conflict or the elements on armour or other attire. As I said to start with her nature - fey as it is - is more suited to a body at one with the world around it, on her skin and under her feet - she can feel the world around her and is much more sensitized to it.
Bear in mind also that when she does (rarely) choose a frontal assault - (pun intended) - the sight of a naked, screaming Wood Elf covered in filth and warpaint and smelling like a swamp charging out of the bushes shooting flames and/or waving an axe is pretty much going to unsettle and/or distract fatally all but the most determined of creatures. In short, she also wears nothing because it puts people off; wrong footing them and making them uncomfortable. It doesn't fit with their world view - much like her.

I love your reasoning!!! I would most definitely be distracted by that sight, and it would be a WTF moment for sure, seeing this little naked woman come running out of no where screaming like a banshie. Even so much as a glimpse of her would make me do a double take.

I could NOT believe how long it took me to work out where the solution to the locks was...!

It took me just as long to figure out that I could manipulate stuff in the inventory menu to get a good look at it, hell I've been playing Skyrim only( for the most part ) since release and I only find out that I can name my enchanted things a week ago

He has a skull collection in the spare room in Proud spire mansion, so far I have to collect 290 skulls to match the numbers killed. Hopefully there is that many skullls to collect on the world map.

Have it downloaded but not checked for use. ATM everything (that I know of) lighting/color wise is being done through the various ENB files (ENBseries and Effect specifically regarding lighting/color) but its fair to say I've installed various loose files since release where I can't be 100% sure what all is running in the background anymore (the joy of some pre-CK mods). Just hard to keep track of what all I've downloaded and what is enabled outside of the much more manageable .esp files at times. After looking though I do have an older Realistic Lighting.ini file which I'm assuming is a pre-.ESP version (downloaded newest and didn't have .ini file in it) sitting in Data but doesn't seem to have an effect when there or not (I checked just to be sure). Could still have something else hidden away helping out but just can't say for certain. Unfortunately not a very definitive answer for you but I just can't do any better under the circumstances

I decided to carry on with the Main Quest with my OG Fjolfr. I also tried out the Superb ENB, but switched back to Stakado's because Superb makes everything look too happy imo.

Kiir Srinna and Argis The Bulwark were walking to the Throat of the World when a dragon attacked. I have never seen this before and maybe I'm the only one but I was shocked when Argis jumped on the dragon's head and finished him off. The PlayerChar isn't the only one that can do killmoves, kicenna.

A bunch of games, hundreds of hours and I don't think I ever got that before. It was great.

We've been killmoved by bandits before now - it's awesome, even if it does kill us!!
