In the first picture you can see one of the new sabre cats found in the Skyrim Monster Mod. Always nice to have variation in creatures. :tongue:

I managed to achieve the natural look I want 80%.
Night sky is a little too bright.
Point lights are somewhat weak. I am tweaking but then loading screens become overblown. Will find the middle ground eventually.

Some seriously nice shots people. Boris is a genius... granted Bethesda does deserve to get some credit

Love what everyone does with the game/mods for it--and am often amazed by what console gamers come up with given the vanilla settings (not dissing it/them but just such a huge difference between last gen and pcs today and makes it hard for me to go back to my consoles outside of exclusives--I admit I am a bit of a 'graphics wh*re' these days even more than I used to be).

Bad quality, because I play on 360 and it's a ghetto HDTV but I'm still extremely proud of my Male Altmer mage, it took alot of messing around with sliders in the character creation but I ended up with this:

Sorry for double post. The Edit button isn't working.

Since I don't have awesome mods to enhance my game and photos, I was thinking about just enhancing them with the computer. I'll only do it for certain shots, and I'll use effects like sepia and blur, and maybe mess with some colors to create different "photographs." I don't want to do it with every picture, but only the ones that work. I had a decent shot of some trees, but when I turned the image into a negative it looked awesome.

Is that fair game for vanilla 360 shots, since I don't have mods? What sayeth you fine folks? =D

Darneet I wish I could make those pictures. But consoles are not the greatest for those.
My laptop is pretty broke, only this site works for some reason. So with much luck I am able to get a new computer soon. I am going to buy skyrim for pc then. Who knows what awesome character I could create then. :biggrin:

A mix of shots from last night. Thandiwe is shaping up to be a rather fun character; she doesn't do any major questlines, only miscellaneous and side quests. And I'm trying mainly to do misc/side quests that I haven't encountered before, which does take me to some locations that none of my other seven characters have seen!!

First, please allow me to say that I love these threads. There are so many beautiful, amazing, and impressive screenshots here. I only wish that I had access to many of the mods that enhance this already beautiful game even more. Which of course means I'm on a console (Xbox 360). I bought a capture device and finally got it to work. The disappointing part is that it requires the use of the AV output on the back of the 360, so I have to disconnect the HDMI cable of my Slim. The picture quality dips because of it. Otherwise the capture device does not work. The result is a loss of crisp images that I get when playing with the HDMI. Maybe I can find a work-around in the future, lest I buy another piece of capture hardware. But after spending money on one, I just don't think that that will happen anytime soon. So here are some test shots I took tonight. They're nothing special, but if they look even halfway decent I'll see just what exactly I can squeeze out of the setup I'm using. I love taking in-game pictures whenever I can, so what the heck. Oh, and I screw up a link or something, be kind. This is my first time trying this. I'll fix the links if they don't work. Thanks for checking out my pics if you're so inclined. =D

Fair warning, going to be quite a few shots here as played around with Stained and co's (i'll ninja your phrasing while I'm at it) Vibrancy enb (using Core+CLO+Realistic Lighting that was suggested). Really love it although too much color for me at first--it really does grow on you though. Was wanting a more colorful option at times and think I found it in work you guys put out in it so fantastic job all around. And I made a couple goblin followers for Gartuak so that will be Azdreg and Nilbog (always makes me think of the movie Trolls) in some of the shots. Will probably be using it more later today to see it in other areas of the game as well but thought would add a few scenery/combat shots for time being.

Just another congrats, as very well done and thanks for the new brighter/more colorful ENB option (I have several saved as keepers and just added a new). Probably have to tweak a few things later on though for personal taste but just love the look don't think will have to do much (SSAO is bit strong for me and probably alter sun/fire and that should be it from what I've seen so far). One of the problems with mods, can't please everyone 100% of the time but definitely struck gold here.

PS. I love mods... just saying
