So then why bother to look at them anymore? :shakehead:
Because I enjoy certain people's images, yours included, big dawg.

I don't understand why the majority of screenshooters are so easily butthurt when someone implies their images aren't absolutely perfect.

I don't understand why the majority of screenshooters are so easily butthurt when someone implies their images aren't absolutely perfect.

First off, only a couple of people even bothered to reply, not the majority. Second, you didn't say they weren't absolutely perfect, you said we weren't bothering to be creative and implying we're lazy. There's a noticable difference. Third off, no one's really "butthurt", more likely confused or amused. We might not be putting a twist in our shots, but you certainly know how to put a twist on what's been said. (<-- Oh, ain't I a witty one?)

You made a pretty sweeping statement, and now you're having to backtrack as people call you out on it.

These ENB settings are really starting to make the majority of these images look the same. No one is really putting a twist on their shots anymore, and simply relying on ENB to make the shots pretty. :/

Wish I knew what ENB was since everyone is using it except me.

Crackers.

Well here's Anora, in all her non-ENB glory-es-ness

If it makes you feel any better, I wouldn't touch ENB with a ten foot pole.

I'll admit my comment may have come off as arrogant or snide, but that wasn't my intention. It was a simple statement; an opinion. Shocking, isn't it?
Also, I'm far from backtracking, I still stand firmly by my statement, and that isn't going to change. Lastly, I never said anyone had to change how they take their screenshots or play their game, I made a general observation.

But thank you for bringing another consistent problem with this community to my attention. Ever since these threads began, the moment someone makes any general observation or comment that isn't blind praise smothered in a sickening amount of smileys, they get pounced on by a bunch of regulars. If everyone blocks out criticism, and chalks it up to someone trolling or just being mean, how is anyone ever going to improve? Oh yeah, they won't.

Oh, and it's easy to be appear to be witty when you can sit there and spend all the time you want thinking up some sarcastic response.

I don't have a problem with you expressing your critical opinion, it just, in *my* opinion, wasn't constructive as far as any advice/suggestions. It was (paraphrasing) "ENB makes screenshooters uncreative because you're too reliant on the graphics" as opposed to "ENB makes screenshooters uncreative because you're too reliant on the graphics, so maybe you guys could think about switching up some angles/poses/lighting sources/whatever". If you want people to improve, you don't just tell them they're not doing things well.

BTW, love to see Fish Breath back around here again

Hi guys! Great pics as always. Not posting any right now myself, just came to see what all of you were up to.

Oh, and sunsi. You know we have a thing for Trinket my dear. And the Dovah Smurf shot was actually a bug I had with a spell that was supposed to morph you into a wolf and didn't quite work as intended. So I took advantage of it and took a couple of shots.

And ok, I lied. One for sunsi and Trinket.

Trying out a new image host. Got really annoyed that flickr only allows max of 200 images for free accounts. Let me know if anyone has any problem viewing them.

Symphony: That is one huge wolf head flying into the screen

Several of my shots today are going to be super dark, if you can't see it--well sorry but its how I play the game and was tweaking dungeon lighting when came outside in to almost total darkness (but I'm keeping settings saved anyways... I love silhouettes).
