i agree with tom knowing that the graphics on console are much less than the pc version and that you can't take screenshots normal way they both have character

Wow, that looks really nice.

I thinking about doing a re-install and starting over graphics wise. I got a lot of the first graphics mods to come out and haven't changed since.

I wish there was a project dedicated to collecting the most realistic and high definition mods out there and putting them together like there is for Morrowind (MGSO). I hate having to find all the little tiny things and download them.

oh i just download the mods in a "skyrim mods" folder on my pc, every kind of mods is categorized (ie: in folder "body replacer" i put body conversion, eyes, hair) and when i think i have enough of what i want\need...i make a data DVD
btw if you use mods from steam workshop, some mods are toghether in some kind of collections (ie this: http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=16410 or this: http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=16339 )

There is a really good guide called STEP (Skyrim Total Enhancement Project) that sounds like it is exactly what you are looking for. I recommend using an ENB instead of just the Realistic Lighting mod that the guide recommends. Here's a link if you want to check it out.

Holy crap, the first and last two are completely amazing Haven't seen any pictures like that in a while! They look better than some of Bethesda's officially released screen shots. Amazing lighting in the first one!

I noticed those not to long ago when Steam updated. I might check a few out later tonight. Right now I'm in the mood for a re-install.

Is it possible to get two installations of Skyrim running? I'm not familiar with working through Steam for things like that. I know you can do it with Morrowind, but that's for the non-Steam version.


Yeah I had seen that a while back when it first popped up. Right now I'm using a myriad of different mods. (FXAA Injector, Sunglare, Realistic Lighting, 2k HD Textures, HQ Snow, Realistic Water Textures, Vurt's Skyrim Flora Overhaul, and a few other small things)

Here's some screenshots. You can see the difference in the pictures once I downloaded Realistic Lighting. It made a huge difference.

Very nice pics. Hmm, not really sure what you feel you are missing. I have a shot in an area very close to one of yours. Since I don't know exactly what you are looking for it is kind of hard to recommend anything. If you are looking for maybe more color or more of an ssao maybe Superl3 ENB or Imaginator? Here's a landscape shot with both of those. If you can be more specific maybe someone can help you find what you are looking for.
