has anyone noticed the bug with the shrine of talos not giving you the shout reduction buff? it always says reduced by 0%...im hoping other people will notice so beth can fix it... if you notice it too, plz post so beth will see this...

Apparently it's just a typo according to the wiki.

There is an error in the way the game displays the blessings description. You do get the 20% reduction on time between shouts.
