This may have worked better as a poll though.

only looking for positive feedback. This thread was intended to get a sense of what the real Brink community will be once the fly by night gamers move on to the next big release.

I'm going to stick around until the first patch. If it's still buggy as hell afterwards, I'm done. Like many many others, I WANT to like Brink. But it just unplayable and that frustrates me to no end.

Agreed, gonna wait to see what the first DLC is like as well.

Most of my online co-op matches have been pretty good but it seems as soon as I try versus the lag is too much and I can't get beyond my first command post.

Here's hoping!

Ill be playing as long as the team players stay around and they keep supporting the game with DLC. And of course fix the tech issues.

I am sticking with it. What I am doing with Brink is adding Brink gamers to my xbox friends list. While building up multiple characters slowly. This game will improve over time as Brink minded gamers begin to pick it up. Right now, too many try to play it like Call of Duty without any conversation which hurts Brink. Once I have a solid list of Brink gamers, and SD improve the lag situation, it will be a much better experience. 10 maps right now. This game needs 20 maps and more customization options. Having played this game a while now, I'd like to see a higher level than 20 even if it only unlocks other outfits.

As long as Splash keeps true to their promise to fix this game, and continues to support the game through DLC, I could stick with this for a while. The promised fixes and Free DLC in June are a good start. I hope they keep it going. Aside from the lag...i'm loving this game.

I'll be playing but the only thing standing between me and total commitment is the lag =/ Once that's sorted, the floodgates will be released for me and everybody else ^_^

Been playing for a hour or so everyday since release, game play is solid, just those bugs need to be ironed out if this game wants longevity and a SDK to allow the community to come up with some better alternative maps as well. If perhaps they could add a replay system as well, I lost count how many times i wanted to see myself run the maps after a crazy scrimmage match.
