Since Lonsesome Road is delayed : Fallout: New Vegas

Obsidian, we have the Police Hat, the Police Pistol, and the Police Baton. You guys should introduce the fabled Police Uniform into the game so we can complete the set.

Am I alone in this thought that a police uniform should be added into the game?

But they didn't have traditional police uniforms. They wore black motorcycle jackets, leather pants, blue collarless shirts. I forget what FO3 clothing item was almost exact to Max's outfit during the Road Warrior.

Guess I need to watch it again its been a long time. I just remember him being a cop.

Well, he was a highway patrolman, apparently one of the best, and apparently wore the leatherarmor like bikers wear padded gear for protection in crashes and falls. The leather armor in Fallout has always been inspired by Max's armor when he's lost the one sleeve of his armor.

We could finally know how it is to be a cop, cause then we could go beat innocent people to death!!!!
Or, they could add plain riot armor(why is there no police or fire departments in New Vegas? why are they only in spotlight and have just a bunch of crap in them?) and a riot shield. Wot

Actually from Jason Bergmans post about the delay I believe its more of a delay from the licensing side of things.

dont forget the sawed off shot-gun the motor-cycle helmet in game and the fact that the character in fallout 3 has a dog companion much like road warrior in a certain pic during a southpark episode in the background.
