In a site far far across the interbutts lay a place, a place filled with mostly hot chicks who seemed to say the exact same precise things as those on a forum of misfits and dummies. Some said this place was a myth. But not me, I've seen some things man. My platoon and I, we were sent to explore it, little did we know it would be the last time any of us would go on a patrol together. Me? I left, lost a part of me there, I swore I'd never go back....but now....it's personal.

Does beth own the content we post here? If so, can't they just shut down the site?

I don't think they can do a "land grab" by claiming copyright on other people's material (at least that's the case in the UK to the best of my understanding) but their terms and conditions probably have stipulations about how submitted content can be used; and making money off it (which the site-scraqer may be doing) is probably against those terms.

The whole area is a legal minefield, though.

if i recall correctly on how it works, if bethesda doesn't have the rights to it then we still do, but as we click on the add reply button we at least extend the right to bethesda to have our work (writings) displayed on their website, that right however was not extended to this other side so it could be considered plagiarism, mostly as it does not give credit to the original source and copies everything
