My currently playthrough I have a character with 1 intelligence and not playing any of the DLC's except Honest Hearts, so I figured take Home on the Range and get well rested all over the wasteland and negate the -10% xp from taking skilled.....it's like taking the Swift Learner perk but I get to heal myself and restore limbs in the process. I was going to raise my Survival skill to 65 anyway so I could tan golden gecko hides. Unfortunately this doesn't work for hardcoe mode, it only heals you and doesn't even heal crippled limbs.
