Post » Thu May 19, 2011 2:20 am

Disclaimer: This is a cheat mod. If you do not wish to cheat in your single-player game, this mod isn't for you.

Are you frustrated with Dead Money DLC?
Do you really hate it and wish you could just skip the whole main quests?

If so, you are in luck.

Skip DLC - Dead Money will let you skip the entire DLC main quests.
That is not all, you can also claim the loots that you had to leave out...such as 37 gold bars.
You can also gain perks that you can only get by completing a side quest in Sierra Madre. get the SM snow globe that you probably have missed
and lastly, you can add steamwork achievement if you haven't already opened up the console commands.

I'm not sure, but I think its probably against the rules to hack Steam achievements. You might want to take that part out.

its a single player game so I don't see why it would matter. But this is a good mod idea. DM was a decent DLC but it was too frustrating to be fun to replay (I did enjoy the story and the dialogue tho). But I can't stand doing another playthrough of it.

I don't think there's anything specifically in the rules that says "No hacking Steam's achievement system", and even then I fail to see how that relates to what this mod does. After all, the only person who'd claim that adding an achievement equated to hacking a system would be a crazy one, and you're not crazy, right?
