Restore 25 stamina

Thats it. For a drink thats meant to be illegal, its effects are pathetic. Even restore stamina potions arent even illegal, and they can restore loads more than skooma!

I want there to be an option to make your own mead and ale. You harvest the ingredients obviously, then you make it, and the longer you make it for, the stronger the effects (you come back to it after some time)

Also cooking is useless.

Oblivion had contraband mods that let you plant and make weed, smoking it caused you to gain some stats and reduce others, and made your screen look bat[censored].
No1 cared about it then, I doubt anyone would care if they made a contraband mod for Skyrim.

I guess we can mod in visual effects and some better effects for Skooma and Alcohol. Maybe even make Moon Sugar useful.

Still we have no [censored], torture and other real violent acts in game, because they are convenient. Murders are too tabooed for most people for their depiction in game to be suggestive.
And of course, making alcoholic beverages without license and excise is a crime.

How do you think skooma appears in Skyrim, they magically pluck it from a tree? They make it some way or another, having the option to is no different really.

To the OP: that sounds like a great mod request. We need more business in Skyrim; bar owner, cattle magnet, a sleazy brothel that a bigot husband and a saucy wife opened for the tundra weary traveler. We need more of this stuff but without the CK all this might well be pipe dreams.

Be cool. Brew some mead up, ale, wine, etc. Ferment it over like.. a week in game. Would need new ingredients though, I'v yet to see Sugar or Yeast in Skyrim. Unless you just wanna throw in a sweet roll and see what happens
