As the title says I'm looking for a sky/environment mod like the Fallout 3 one with Radioactive rain, massive storms and all the good stuff.

I tried Nevada Skies but cant get it to work. Just gets some ugly "sand" looking thing in the sky with massive pixelated "sky" + if I look straight up there's some funky text saying "Goods Printe" or someting.
