so I was exploring and came across that camp with all the baddies..then i found at the top of the stairs an entrance. went inside cleared the baddies, and then cam across Sky Haven temple. managed to make it to the big head but I can't seem to progress.

I read somewhere that there are supposed to be 2 people that follow/help you out?? I didn't run across anyone expect the baddies......???

You'll need to nudge the MQ along before getting in there.

Its part of the main quest. I dont think you can just rock on in beforehand.

The 2 people who you need to get past that point will join you elsewhere. As mentioned above, following the main quest will get you hooked up with them soon enough.
