i have no idea how this is possible but ive some how locked all the quest for every character I have and every will create. i slowly noticed quest i complete not going away once i complete them, then i noticed i cant turn in some quest with grew larger till i couldn't do anything. Not i big problem i have another character to mess around with. Boom, hop on him all quest locked, WTF, start a new person can't interact with anyone or any thing. i stand there as the guy just keep saying "come here let my untie you","come here let my untie you,","come here let my untie you","come here let my untie you". at that very second i lost all hop in skyrim every being a un-bugged game.

if ur on PC try verifying integrity of game cache on steam

i cant im on ps3 ive come to the sad conclusion i have to delete everything that has to do with this game off my HDD then re-install it

im sorry to hear that, but my suggestion would have been to delete/re-install back onto your HDD. The fact this happened to you ps3 isn't great is it? something's gone wrong, hope it doesnt happen again.

I remember I bought a used version of Saints Row 2 from my local gamestop, and I couldn't hear cutscenes, the game would freeze after about 5 minutes, and it would take a long time for NPCs to act about anything.

I took the game out of the trey, and it had small scratches on the disc in the middle. I took it back, got a new one, and it worked fine.

Maybe you're disc broke.

*NOTE* Did you try deleting all data on your hard drive? It might get rid of any corrupted data...

Why are you saying that the OP is a troll? Sad thing is that when we buy a game we think that the game won't have problems. Have you checked to see if the disk has any defects?
