Skyrim at E3 2011 vs games at E3 2012

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 11:08 am

Do you remember how many awards Skyrim got last year, how anticpating it was? All the hype, all the fame, how it dominated other games. What game at E3 2012, will be the closest to what Skyrim got? I personally think Borderlands 2 will be the closest. Or *sigh* Black ops 2. What do you think will be the closest to what skyrim was?

I don't think any of them will get nearly as much fame s skyrim did/does but I still think Borderlands 2 will be the closest

Borderlands 2 is a big one, but I'm glad to actually see a few new settings instead of just sequels. Dishonored is the most exciting of them for me. Although I wouldn't have minded seeing Thief 4...

Halo 4. Although I'm really hoping Dishonored is good and picks up a few awards.

Halo 4 absolutely deserved best game, You couldn't fathom how impressed I was with 343 and how "Bungie" it looks in quality.

Halo 4 was my favorite this year. It looks beautiful, especially for a game on a console

Watch Dogs looks awesome.
I hope the gameplay is actually like the demo we saw and not only a heavily scripted game. Though, I'm optimist and the traffic light hack was the best part of the demo.

I'm looking forward to Borderlands 2, Far Cry 3 and Dishonored. Call of Duty games aren't bad, it's just I want to avoid the terrible community and the company practices of releaseing the same F'in game each year and consumers are svckered into buying them. I really enjoy FPS games, but only in short burst.

Halo 4 and Borderlands 2 win it for me, but what Skyrim did was legendary.
