Skyrim is addictive...

Post » Sat Jul 14, 2012 7:53 pm

It's currently 1:45 AM PST...and I'm thinking "Sleep or play Skyrim?"

(At this rate I'd be up all night if I jumped back into Skyrim right now..)

How did Bethesda make Skyrim (and Oblivion) so insanely addictive? It's like being a cocaine addict,in that you can never get enough..always searching for that next fix.
(In this case, getting your next fix=playing the game).

TES side effects include:
Wondering if crack is on the computers the game is being programmed on
Becoming addicted
Lack of sleep
Loss of weight
Forgetting to eat
Unusual blood pressure relaxation
Interest in roleplaying
Turning to larping if the electricity goes out

TES is to be taken optimally. Death is an in game side effect. You will only lose some of your soul if you forget it exists. If you find yourself looking at the Forsworn armor lustfully to the point of making real women wear it, call a doctor.
