Where can I find a Spell Tome of telekeniesis? I want to play a bit of Skyrim bucket ball and cannot find a spell book anywhere.

Wiki says it can be purchased from Tolfdir (College of Winterhold) or Wylandriah (Mistveil Keep, Riften). Not sure if that's an exhaustive list so just check any and all known spell vendors wherever you go. Otherwise you'll just have to keep hoping to pick one up in some loot.
