Gotta be more specific, you know that by now. :P

Specifically:

Start with uninstalling any and all mods and other 3rd party add-ons. If the problem disappears, this is the better board for it: http://www.gamesas.com/forum/183-skyrim-mods/
If it is mod related, post your load order there as well.

If it doesn't go away, start by providing a full dxdiag in a spoiler tag and we can go from there.

In all likelihood, the error you're receiving is "Skyrim has stopped working and will be closed..." This is probably due to a bad configuration file. Delete your Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini files from \my documents\my games\skyrim and allow the game to create new ones by opening up the launcher.

If you haven't played for a while, it is possible that the game has been updated since then and title updates tend to make INI changes. The most reliable procedure is to move or delete your old INI files so new ones can be generated. If you're using any user-created mods, you should also check in your \steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\data folder for any INI files that may have been created by a mod and delete them.

I would suggest trying these things before uninstalling/disabling any mods. When mods are the culprit, the game typically crashes when you attempt to load a save; not immediately after the logo when the main menu is normally displayed.
