Skyrim crashing every few minutes.

It's been happening since I upgraded my computer 4 months ago. I didn't want to post about it since I thought it could have been a problem with a mod or it needed a patch. However, it kept happening even after I tried turning off all mods I have, and after I waited for a few patches.

Here's my computer specs in case they are the problem:
-AMD Athlon II X4 631 (2.6Ghz)(Quad-core)-NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT-4GB RAM DDR3. (Only 3 of them are available since Windows Vista)-Windows Vista Home Basic SP2 32bit

I am using Steam to play it.

Mods I have installed or subscribed to: (Mods marked with a (D) are disabled)
- Swearing Mudcrabs.-LAA (Disabled it and then deleted from computer)-Dwemer Bunker-Spend Dragon Souls for Perks-Blue Archmage Robes-Throat of the World House-Dwarven Mechanical equipment(D)-Killable Children 1.01 (D)-Morrowind legendary Rings (D)-Markarth Undercity BETA (D) (Crashed game before I could even load it)-Music (D) (A test mod I made to add music)-Quiet Dungeons (D)-Scythe Compilation mod (D)-Sounds of Skyrim (BOTH) (D)-Souls to Skills (D)-The Asteria (D)-The REAL Fus Ro Dah (D)-Throwing Knives (D)-WeaponsOf3E-beta (D)-Heavy Mithril Armor & Weapons (D)-Wilderness War parties V1.2 (D)

And in case it's necessary, here's a few examples of when the crashes happen:
-Every 30 - 45 minutes-Fast Travelling to Riverwood, quicksaving as soon as I get there, moving a bit.-Someone talks to me in-game.-Opening the map.-Fast travelling to any place (crashes on loading screen).-Some textures disappear, I walk for a while, it crashes.-Getting to a town and taking a screenshot with steam.

And that's most of it. The crashes act as if I had used the 'qqq' command, I don't even get an error message from windows.
Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I also have checked the game integrity and everything else, and according to steam, it doesn't have any problems.

Turn off the mods and keep them off until things get working again, for starters.

Now that that's out of the way:

1) Refresh your INI files
2) Verify your files

Test after each one and keep playing until you get a crash. If you crash after 1), try 2).

Thanks, I will try in a few minutes. I will edit this post or make a new one with results once I'm done.

Also, just notice you said you use quicksaves. Don't use Quick-Saves or Autosaves as they can be problematic. Instead, whenever you want to save, ESC->Save->New. Do not overwrite.

You can delete older saves as they build up over time, if you want, but I don't recommend it in case you want to try another path or start having problems later so you can just go to a save from before the issues occurred or something like that.

Instead, I recommend you archive all but a reasonable amount of your most recent saves into various archives containing a reasonable number of saves each and back them up. Just some friendly advice on that part. :)

It looks like disabling all mods worked this time, I could play for a long time and didn't crash at all. Thanks a lot!

Also, I don't think I'll ever be able to stop quicksaving, pressing f5 to quicksave became some kind of addiction on the 2nd time I played Morrowind, but I will take the advice.
