All of a sudden, today my Skyrim has decided to crash when exiting an interior or city-world. This wasn't doing it last night and I've tried deactivating all my mods and attempting to exit and the crash still happens.Anyone else reported this? Any idea on a fix?

Hardware has [censored] all to do with it. I said it was working the previous day without any changes to mods or hardware. I'm also finding exit portals are wrong. For example, I exited the general store in Falkreath and ended up next to Lod's Forge. The whole game has gone mad over the last 24 hours.

Do you have the official texture pack installed?

I'm having the exact same problems. I exited the tavern in Ivarstead and ended up stuck on a ledge half way up High Hrothgar!
I am experiencing CTD's with exiting interiors now as weii.
Removing all my mods does not fix the save game, so I started a new mod-free character.
It is caused by the Frostfall mod, and Chesko is working on a fix. I don't know whether it will work retroactively on save games though.
