so i heard there is a developers room in skyrim, does anyone know if its on the xbox? any help will be appreciated...

The only way I know of to get to it is through using the console.

It also just contains all the items in the game to look through and since it requires the command console it is also sort of redundant in the PC version as well as the command console can also spawn all items as well.
