I buy a horse in Whiterun, and she runs off in the middle of a fight with bandits. Well, I'm used to this sort of thing with Shadowmere (on a different character); so I figure she'll show up when I fast travel. Nope. Well, worst case, maybe she made her way back to the Whiterun stables. Sure enough, there she is - but taking her is marked as stealing! I talk to the stablemaster, and my only option to get her back is to buy her again. Thief! My straight-arrow orc is offended by the perfidy of Nords, and is considering just taking the horse anyway. Are all Skyrim stablemasters running this scam?

I was annoyed when the stable master failed to tell me I`d be forced to ride my horse 3 metres above and behind myself.

Tried get a refund, but he just laughed and kept the money.
