I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the DLC that is suppose to be coming out

There will be DLC.

My educated guess for DLC is:
Expansion on a faction (Thalmor, Psijic Monks, Falmer, Forsworn, etc)
New Faction(s)
A Daedric realm to explore.
