Elder Scrolls and Fable were are both good series games but which of the two do you believe will come out on top this year, Skyrim or Fable 4? Tell me how you feel.

Never played fable, I love elder scrolls so I dont give a rat's butt about fable. :wink_smile: And I don't really like cartonish looking game.

Fable will never ever be as good as TES. It is a shallow boring excuse for a game that thinks things like farts and condems are funny.
The fact that people even think it could be in the same league as TES is just sad.

The combat has 0 depth.
The story has 0 depth.
The NPC's have 0 depth.
The game has 0 depth.

Skyrim = Good setting, story and possibilities.
Fable = Good fun, uniqueness and freedom.

So Skyrim will come out top.

Fable Journey is also all kinect based and seems pretty linear and very boring.

Fable (tlc) had a great combat, story was nothing great (TES isnt either), npcs werent deep (TES again), and Oblivion sure as hell had no depth.


Fable has been getting worse, there is no fable 4, just a spinoff "the journey" its a kinnect game, which says it all.

Both games have there weakness. Then they both have there strengths.

Asking a question like this comes down to the person not the game.

Everything after Fable (original) went down hill fast. TES is in a whole other league.

Both series are pretty awful.

fables isnt even compared to skyrim, skyrim is like coca-cola and fable like pepsi...coca-cola will be better always with their secret recipe and pepsi is the shadow of coca cola...

To be honest, if I were to choose between the last Fable or the Oblivion, I would take Fable. If looking at it that way, I would have to go with the Fable series. Still, seeing Morrowind and knowing how good the series can be, my vote goes to Skyrim.

Molyneux claims it's not actually on rails, they just put it on rails for the demo for some stupid reason. Who knows how much air he's blowing this time?

True enough. The Fable they announced for Kinect is not really Fable 4, a game that is supposedly also in development, but hasn't been announced.

No such thing as Fable 4 right now.Even if there was Skyrim would blow it out of the water with ease.
