If skyrim is for the Nords....

.... And the elves were there first, wouldn't that mean Skyrim is for the Elves?

The Nedes (Ysgramor and his 500 Companions) pushed the Elves out of Skyrim, and Nords are the descendants of the Nedes. So Skyrim is still for the Nords.

The two elves that were there first are either mutated into frenzied goblins or have disappeared from existance.

I think the nords win by default here.
