Ok so skyrim was running fine until yesterday when I was in solitude and for some reason that argonian attacked me and after killing him the game froze and made a loopping screeching noise and when I did ctrl alt delete it wouldnt go. So I had to press the button on my tower and shut off the pc. This is pissing me off and I am enraged I have an Amd 7900 series. Also I tried walking into the city and not killing the argonian but instead disabling him. It still froze.

also i used tmm 1 if that helps.

First things first:

What you posted is near impossible to figure out in terms of specs. Please post a full dxdiag in a spoiler tag, as that will be most beneficial.

Now to the meat:

Try reinstalling DirectX and/or your drivers for your video card.

Umm... I have never played a beth game that didnt do that over and over.

How much RAM do you have?

What ATI drivers are you using? I upgraded to 12.4 and the exact same thing happened to me within 2 minutes (I have a HD7970). Rolled back to 12.3 - no problem.
