I took a break from skyrim and decided to play it again so I had to patch it up but when I started playing it some wierd flimry on the screen happend never had this problem before my comp can handle the game on top settings without any kind of lagg what so ever I have removed all the mods, used other graphics I have the latest direct x my windows 7 is up to date I reinstalled the game but it only got worse its even more flimry anyone that have any idea I have searched for around 2 hours to find a similar problem maybe im just bad at searching... My comp can handle skyrim it shouldnt be that if some1 have any idea that could help would really appreciate it. I tried installing mods that changes the graphics etc but didnt really help.

You have the bad AMD drivers. Do a complete uninstall of them, reboot, and install the latest 12.3 driver.
