O have been getting this every time I try to start the game since the latest patch.
I even download the game again and at least now I get past the launcher, but it still won't run.
Anyone else out there have this issue?

First thing to check are any mods that you may have. Also, any stability or performance mods like TESVAL or Skyboost won't work with the new patch. Same with the ENB mods and the DLL files. Those mods may get updated for the new patch, but they are not really needed anymore.
