since last syrim update the dragon at Dragontooth crater is invincible all the time even after waiting 30 days dragon is still invinible, i thought bethesda would fix this by now not make things worse

Never heard of this problem. If it really bothers you, and I imagine it would, you can open the console select the dragon and type "kill" or sethealth 0. Both should kill the dragon immediately.
