later this day i came to whiterun to finish the main history quest there you are delivering that dragonstone tablet to the court wizard of whiterun after i gave him the stone the jarls steward came to tell that a dragon had been spotted i shot a magelight spell at her and waited 2 hour in-game and she got stuck it appeared to that she was walking in slow motion i had to skip many hours befour they was all by the jarl to start dragon rising quest where u first kill a dragon. but the same thing happend to a lot of npc around the world and it dosent seems to stop i dont know what to do and its very annoying that you have to pass many in-game hours befour the npc are getting to the spots they normally can just walk to...
